Returns & Exchange

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of the product. Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

We will not process any returns that have not been reported to us within 24 of receiving the product. We may ask for a digital image of the product for verification purposes. Returns will be entertained for store credit only.

You, the customer, will be liable for all return shipping costs/customs charges which may be incurred in the return of the package back to us.

In the event that the error of the product is from our side, we will happily reimburse all shipping incurred by you and exchange the product or provide a store credit for the full product value.
